Our MEV-J-C20 is a 1000VDC round tube bolt-type fuse with a rated current range of 100~315A and a breaking capacity of DC50KA. It boasts characteristics such as compact volume, fast action, low I²t, and high reliability. This product is mainly suitable for charging stations, charging modules, energy storage, PDU, high voltage conversion cabinets, BDU, MSD, power batteries, and other fields. Our main customers using this product are StarCharge, Sinexcel, Infypower, and UUgreen power.

The body of the MEV-J-C20 uses high-strength 95 ceramic tubes that can withstand high breaking requirements. It has a UL94-V0 flame-retardant rating, and is non-combustible even when exposed to open flames, passing the hot wire test at 960 degree without catching fire. The shell has a high resistance to high temperatures without deformation (180-220 degree ). The fuse element, a patented alloy using our proprietary formula and process, has a high conductivity, low temperature rise, and can withstand shock currents. By parallel connection, the fuse's rated current can be increased. The larger the current, the larger the cross-sectional area of the fuse. The contact blade is made of non-oxygen T2 (99.95%) copper plate, coated with high-temperature tin. The screw is made of high-strength, imported 304 stainless steel and can withstand high torque requirements.
